"Altered Reality" images are a unique blending of photography and impressionistic art. Begun as a Polaroid photograph, the image is manipulated using various tools while the surface is still pliable. Swirls of color and texture transform the realism of the scene to an altered view - a slightly off-balance look through the eyes of Terry Reinbold. A recognized master in portrait photography, these images are a departure from the norm for Terry; the next phase in a continuing quest for creative expression in photographic art.

Terry and his wife, Donna, own the Reinbold Gallery of Photography in Anaheim. They have two wonderful daughters, Larissa and Katherine, who give dad constant inspiration.
